Dean of the Academy

Dr. Robert Lederman serves as the Dean of the Academy, where he combines his deep faith, educational leadership, and genuine care for students to create a nurturing and purpose-driven learning environment. Holding a Doctorate in Biblical Exposition and a Master’s in Ministry, Dr. Lederman is deeply committed to equipping students with a strong biblical foundation while fostering academic and personal excellence. His heart for discipleship and dedication to Christian education inspire faculty and students alike to pursue knowledge grounded in Scripture and to live out their faith with confidence and integrity.

Dr. Lederman is an ordained Pastor, Deacon and Chaplain at First Baptist Church Leander, where he continues to serve faithfully and support the church’s mission of reaching the community with the love of Christ. He has been married to his wife, Stacey, for over 40 years, and together they have been blessed with two adult children. Beyond his ministry and educational leadership, Dr. Lederman has devoted many years to active involvement in various community roles within the City of Leander, reflecting his heart for service and his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the walls of the Academy.

Through his leadership, faith, and example, Dr. Lederman seeks to cultivate an environment where students not only achieve academic success but also grow in wisdom, character, and a lifelong commitment to God’s calling.
